
This pretty, three storey cottage is located in the heart of "old Cromer" on the former cobbled life boat gangway leading down to the beach. Gangway Cottage was built three years ago to a high standard and in the same style as the traditional fisherman's cottages opposite.
The promenade, beach and pier are all a stone's throw away as are the town centre facilities. In fact when you step outside the front door and look to your right there is a magical picture postcard view of the sea. Sometimes with a ship sitting there as if posed just for you.
The property combines arguably the best holiday location in Cromer with all modern facilities a small front garden, back patio garden (ideal for barbeques) and a private car parking space immediately behind.
Sleeps six
In two double and one single/double bedroom. The single/double bedroom has an additional pull out bed.

The kitchen is brand new, modern and fully fitted. It has a washing machine, fridge, and a microwave oven.

The living / dining room has a gas log fire, 32” TV, video and DVD player. French windows at one end of the room open onto the patio garden at the rear.

The double bedroom has bunk beds and views to the lighthouse at the rear.

The bathroom is large, modern and has both a bath and a separate closed shower room.

The double bedroom has views to the sea.

The single bedroom has a single bed that can be pulled out to make a double if necessary.
There is a small pretty garden at the front of the cottage and a patio at the rear which is ideal for barbecues.
There is a private allocated parking space immediately behind the cottage which leads directly on to the rear patio garden.
Cromer has all the necessary shops and supermarkets i.e. Safeways, Budgens, Boots and Woolworths, delicatessens and many other shops to browse.
Full gas central heating throughout – Gas log burner in living room.
Towels and linen can be supplied by prior arrangement.

Run from Saturday to Saturday except for Christmas and New Year or by prior arrangement. The booking will be held for seven days from receiving your telephone call pending receipt of your deposit. We will require the full amount to be paid eight weeks before commencement of your holiday.Your deposit will be held against damages and will be returned to you in full after your holiday if none occur (this is to protect against more serious loss or damage, not the odd broken glass etc).
The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils, etc. must be left clean and the property must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
